    USH does not manage any investment rounds but collaborates with Investment Clubs that are authorized by the CNMV for this purpose. Sending the project information does not guarantee its selection by the Club's investment department nor its publication on their crowdfunding platform. All projects are subject to the Club's internal evaluation process, and only those that meet their criteria will be presented to their investor community.

    Whether your business or project is at the development, startup, growth, expansion or in maturity stage we can financially support it by introducing your business to a network of investors.

    In any case all documentation under strict confidentially has to be processed and filtered according to our terms and conditions to evaluate if the project or business expansion is reliable.

    Depending on the market that your business project focuses on or the country region, or continent in which it will operate, the terms to assess the viability of the project vary.
    Among the minimum requirements for any project are:

    • The company must have legal, fiscal and financial documentation in order and up to date.

    • The company must have average monthly recurring sales of at least certain amount (except project in development phase) during the last 12 months.

    • Competitive advantages.

    • How do you generate income?

    • Who is it for?

    • Where does it operate?

    • What do you need capital for?

    • What does it offer in exchange?


    Our criteria take into account: the financial situation of the applicant company, the experience of the operating team, the presence and perception of the brand to be financed, growth plans and strategies, among other things.

    ​In addition to this, all investment requesting companies go through a preliminary evaluation process by our Committee, made up of our finance, legal and commercial areas. This Committee determines the feasibility of investing our own capital or connecting you to investors to fund the company according to the traction it has, the size of its community and presence in social networks, the operating team, the industry and the amount it is seeking to raise.
